Site Reliability Engineer (Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Develop the infrastructure and platform for Managed Nextcloud, Nextcloud Workspace, hirify.global GPT, and other web services.
• Integrate new products and web services into Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
• Operate a stable and secure product platform and optimize containerized application infrastructure.
• Provision and manage infrastructure declaratively with Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, and ArgoCD.
• Analyze and resolve complex issues in distributed production environments.
• Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a related role in Linux and Kubernetes environments.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, container technologies, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and Helm Charts.
• Ability to develop in at least one programming or scripting language such as Go, Python, or Bash; experience building Operators is a plus.
• Experience operating and troubleshooting highly available, distributed production environments, including monitoring, alerting, and log analysis.
• Good German and English language skills are required.
