TL;DR
Site Reliability Engineer (AWS): Building resilient, highly available, and secure infrastructure for a premium ride-hailing platform with an accent on incident reduction, infrastructure automation, and service migrations. Focus on designing application pipelines, developing dynamic environments, and solving availability, performance, and security issues across cloud-based systems.
Location: Nicosia, Cyprus; office-based four days a week with one remote day of choice

What you will do
- Monitor and respond to system alerts and incidents related to availability, performance, and security.
- Support development teams in investigating and resolving emerging technical issues.
- Automate operational work and maintain clear technical documentation.
- Build and maintain application delivery pipelines.
- Participate in infrastructure and application service migrations.
- Develop resilient systems and dynamic environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience with cloud-based solutions using AWS or GCP.
- Strong Linux troubleshooting skills, including networking and file systems.
- Infrastructure automation experience with Ansible, Terraform, Bash, or Python.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and other container platforms.
- Experience administering RabbitMQ or Kafka, as well as SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong written and verbal communication, prioritization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
