CX Designer (B2B SaaS)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end CX and product design initiatives from discovery and user research through launch, testing, and iteration.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity interfaces, and connected digital experiences for customers and internal teams.
• Improve information architecture, navigation, usability, and responsive mobile-first experiences while accounting for technical constraints.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and business stakeholders to connect design decisions with user needs and business objectives.
• Communicate design rationale, specifications, mockups, and interaction concepts through design reviews and documentation.
• Participate in beta testing and post-release monitoring, manage multiple projects, and facilitate continuous feedback within an agile development process.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant professional design experience, ideally with B2B SaaS products.
• Deep expertise in UX and UI design, user-centered design, user research, and usability testing.
• Experience designing complex business systems, workflows, information architectures, and complete user journeys.
• Advanced prototyping skills and proficiency creating specifications, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes with modern UX tools.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design, human-computer interaction, web content management systems, templating languages, and agile product development.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with APIs and how technical integrations influence product experiences.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, and HTML5.
• Experience with Figma, GitHub, Zenhub, Hotjar, and Craft.
• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Arts, Human-Machine Interface, or a related discipline.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant design projects and problem-solving capabilities.
