About the Role
You will shape the user experience and interface of digital products by creating functional, intuitive, and accessible experiences. You will design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes; conduct user research and usability testing; define user journeys and information architecture; create consistent UI elements; collaborate with product managers and developers; incorporate feedback and A/B testing results; maintain design-system documentation; ensure accessibility; and stay current with product-design tools and techniques.

Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests
- Define user journeys, interaction models, and information architecture
- Design accessible and visually consistent UI elements
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other teams
- Iterate designs using user feedback, A/B testing results, and team feedback
- Maintain design-system documentation, style guides, component libraries, and design specifications
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards
- Stay current with product-design trends, tools, and techniques
