Location: Athens, Greece; hybrid. The role is based in Greece, and candidates must have the legal right to work in Greece.

What you will do
- Define and develop mission concepts for commercial and institutional opportunities across space, ground, and launch segments.
- Perform orbital, power, and link budget analyses and evaluate technical trade-offs, feasibility, and mission performance.
- Prepare and contribute to satellite mission proposals and bids, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with customer needs.
- Collaborate with systems engineering, project management, supply chain teams, customers, suppliers, and partners to validate assumptions and mission deliverability.
- Develop tools, models, and analytical frameworks for mission definition, cost estimation, risk assessment, and performance modelling.
- Analyse technical and market intelligence and improve internal templates, tools, and analysis methods.
Requirements
- Understanding of space mission design principles, including orbital mechanics, payload definition, and system trade-offs.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills, including the ability to calculate power, delta-V, coverage, and link budgets.
- Experience with modelling and simulation tools such as MATLAB, Python, or STK.
- Familiarity with systems engineering processes and cross-segment mission integration.
- Knowledge of proposal development, technical writing, and documentation standards, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Legal right to work in Greece; application and CV must be submitted in English.
