Maintenance Handyman - Athens

Location: Athens, Greece; primarily on-site

What you will do

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance across Athens properties.
• Handle minor carpentry, painting, furniture, domestic appliance, and other property repairs.
• Respond to guest complaints and reactive maintenance requests.
• Oversee contractors during major repairs, renovations, and equipment installations.
• Manage maintenance supplies, tools, inspection records, repair logs, and safety documentation.
• Work with Operations, housekeeping, and the General Manager on guest satisfaction, budgets, timelines, and operational projects.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a skilled trade.
• Experience with routine and preventive property maintenance.
• Basic carpentry, painting, furniture repair, and domestic appliance maintenance skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, fire safety protocols, and regular inspections.
• Strong responsiveness, collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
• Basic communication skills in Greek and English; applicants should ideally reside in Athens.

Nice to have

• Valid driving license.
