Field Support Technician (Robotics)

Location: Spain; field-based and outdoors

hirify.global develops and operates devices and systems supported by a field operations group.

What you will do

• Identify, track, and solve technical errors in hirify.global devices deployed in the field.
• Test equipment, handle field repairs, and conduct site inspections.
• Implement engineering change orders and mechanical changes in deployed systems.
• Provide Tier 1 remote technical support.
• Support development processes and engage with customers.

Requirements

• Experience in a technical role such as technician or field support specialist.
• Basic computer application skills.
• Ability to solve problems independently and provide service-oriented customer communication.
• Availability for flexible, non-standard working hours and overtime when required.
• Ability to work in field settings and outdoors.
• Willingness to work with bees and wear a beekeeping suit when needed.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing experience, including mechanical assembly and wiring.
• Experience maintaining and integrating mechanical, electronic, or robotic systems.
