What you will do
- Assemble electronic systems for implantable neurostimulation systems.
- Support electronics bring-up and debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and related equipment.
- Develop and assemble automated test systems for characterization and verification of medical electronics.
- Support functional, electrical safety, EMC, and reliability verification testing.
- Coordinate with external partners on the outsourced design, assembly, and testing of electronic systems.
- Manage laboratory equipment, tools, incoming inspections, quality control, and electronics services for project teams.
Requirements
- Degree or relevant education in electronics, mechatronics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant electronics development environment.
- Hands-on experience with electronics assembly, bring-up, debugging, test-tool development, and test-system assembly.
- Proficiency in soldering and reworking PCB components; ability to interpret assembly drawings and schematics and follow assembly SOPs.
- Experience with electronics design and layout tools and laboratory management activities.
- Fluent English is required; applications must be submitted in English.
Nice to have
- Altium electronics design and layout experience.
- Experience testing electrical safety according to IEC 60601.
- Familiarity with electronics manufacturing processes.
- Automated test scripting and execution experience.
