Applied AI Research Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Track frontier research in traditional machine learning, LLMs, multimodal models, retrieval, and agentic systems, translating relevant ideas into shippable solutions.
• Partner with go-to-market and operations teams to identify product bottlenecks and define high-ROI machine learning projects.
• Own the full model lifecycle, including data curation, training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Integrate models into a real-time platform through robust APIs and streaming pipelines.
• Define the technical roadmap, validate solutions quickly, and iterate using real-world results.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with cutting-edge machine learning techniques.
• Fluency in PyTorch or JAX and modern model-serving frameworks.
• Experience taking novel machine learning concepts from research to production with measurable business or user impact.
• Practical experience with ETL, feature stores, cloud-native infrastructure, and A/B experimentation.
• Experience working with complex real-world data streams and building reliable training pipelines.
• Ability to understand customer workflows and translate business needs into technical solutions.
