Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and research to polished, developer-ready UI.
• Design user experiences, interfaces, wireframes, clickable prototypes, interaction models, and visual language for digital products and services.
• Connect business objectives and user needs to product strategy and execution.
• Lead design decisions, workshops, client presentations, and collaboration with strategists, engineers, and client stakeholders.
• Advocate for accessibility, inclusion, usability, and product quality.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design practice, processes, standards, and culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design or UX/UI design with a proven record of delivering impactful digital products.
• Practical experience with user research, discovery methods, scalable design systems, and atomic design principles.
• Fluent Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, prototyping tools, and user testing tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Knowledge of Agile processes and familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, React, and React Native.

Nice to have

• Experience with brand strategy and visual identity systems.
• Interest or experience in AI, emerging technologies, and AI-driven user experiences.
