Financial Operations Associate

Salary: £80,000–£150,000 per year plus equity options

What you will do

• Support day-to-day financial operations across the business.
• Manage payments, vendor relationships, payroll funding, and internal financial transfers.
• Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and month-end processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and operational documentation.
• Identify inefficiencies and improve financial systems and workflows.
• Coordinate financial information across teams and support audits, compliance, and special projects.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, bookkeeping, accounts payable/accounts receivable, or a related field.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, reliability, and follow-through.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and financial systems.
• Ability to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-moving environment.
• Clear communication and effective cross-functional collaboration.

• Experience with payroll, accounting software, or financial systems.
