Strategic Project Lead (AI)

Location: San Francisco, on-site

Salary: $130K–$215K annually, plus equity and commission

What you will do

• Own customer engagements end-to-end, building credibility with founders, CXOs, and senior operators.
• Drive execution across complex, high-stakes hiring searches and use data to influence outcomes.
• Translate customer needs into action by mobilizing the right recruiters and maintaining strong delivery quality.
• Act as the voice of the customer and share insights across the business.
• Lead strategic projects that shape hirify.global’s customer delivery model as the marketplace scales.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, supply, product, engineering, and operations.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, high-growth startups, operations, strategic projects, account management, partnerships, category management, new verticals, or general management.
• Experience with structured problem-solving and/or growth- or revenue-focused operator roles.
• Experience working closely with customers and owning outcomes across relevant business areas.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from scratch, identify issues, and execute quickly.
• Ability to solve complex ambiguous operational problems, manage multiple priorities, and apply strong 80/20 judgment.
