Head of AI Deployment

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–6 customer success and implementation professionals.
• Own post-sale customer relationships, from understanding capital programs and prioritizing use cases to measuring deployment outcomes.
• Design data strategies connecting structured and unstructured sources with customer systems of record and operational decisions.
• Build repeatable onboarding, implementation, account review, health scoring, and delivery playbooks.
• Advise owner executives, lead executive business reviews, and represent customer needs to Product and Engineering.
• Own adoption, renewals, gross and net revenue retention, and expansion opportunities across the customer portfolio.

Requirements

• 8+ years of construction domain experience, including knowledge of capital project planning, delivery, closeout, and related data flows.
• Engineering or quantitative background, such as civil, mechanical, or construction engineering, construction management, or another analytical field.
• Executive presence and the ability to communicate complex technical and data concepts to field teams and senior executives.
• Track record of coaching early-career professionals and building high-performing teams.
• Experience designing data strategies and connecting business problems to data sources, workflows, and outcomes.
• Commercial ownership experience, including renewal and expansion revenue accountability.

Nice to have

• Experience managing capital programs from an owner organization such as a health system, university, airport, public agency, or large real estate owner.
• Experience with construction technology platforms such as Procore, e-Builder, Unifier, Kahua, or enterprise data and AI tools.
• Familiarity with BIM, digital twins, GIS, facilities, or asset management data.
• Experience in an early-stage or high-growth software company.
