Company

hirify.global is a deep-tech cybersecurity startup developing post-quantum cryptography and RISC-V semiconductor security IP.

What you will do

  • Define, maintain, and execute the product roadmap for software security IP, cryptographic libraries, and firmware portfolios.
  • Work with customers and ecosystem partners to integrate security solutions into broader system and SoC architectures.
  • Analyze complex hardware, software, and firmware architectures and define interfaces that reduce customer integration challenges.
  • Own the product domain for classical and post-quantum cryptographic capabilities.
  • Collaborate with architecture, security research, and engineering teams to harden products against hardware-level and logical attacks.
  • Author product requirements and technical specifications, analyze market and competitor trends, and measure product performance.

  • At least 7 years of experience and a master’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience launching and managing complex security IP or embedded products with firmware throughout their lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience integrating embedded firmware with hardware security IP and designing, architecting, or implementing embedded firmware products.
  • Knowledge of Arm, RISC-V, or x86 architectures, as well as TRNG and PUF technologies.
  • Strong understanding of side-channel attacks, differential power analysis, timing attacks, microarchitectural leaks, fuzzing-based leaks, and software or firmware exploitation.
  • Experience with cryptographic APIs and drivers, system architecture, and end-to-end security integration.

Nice to have

  • Experience with microkernel-based architectures and industry-standard SoC security architectures.
  • Experience with FIPS 140-3, Common Criteria, security certification labs, or other hardware security standards.
  • Background as a firmware security engineer, cryptographic software engineer, or embedded architect transitioning into product management.
  • Knowledge of NIST post-quantum cryptography standardization processes.

Culture & Benefits

  • Flexible and hybrid working options with a work-from-home budget.
  • Private health insurance for the employee and family.
  • 25 days of annual leave, bank holidays, and two wellness weeks.
