Technical Product Manager (Hardware Security & IP, Post-Quantum Cryptography)

Location: Remote within the Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain, Austria, UK, Belgium, or Finland; occasional travel to company offices is required.

What you will do

• Integrate hardware security solutions into broader customer and ecosystem system architectures.
• Bridge hardware engineering, software and firmware teams, security architects, sales, and business stakeholders.
• Prioritize product backlogs and make trade-offs across area, power, performance, and security.
• Author product requirement documents and technical specifications based on cryptographic standards.
• Define and drive multi-year roadmaps for hardware security IP and cryptographic products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and product performance measurement to guide continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant experience and a degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience integrating hardware security IP and architectures such as Arm, RISC-V, or x86, including TRNG, PUF, masking, or blinding.
• Experience with embedded software, security architecture, digital design, or a transition from hardware design, verification engineering, or security architecture into product management.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor products, security IP markets, silicon manufacturing, physical design constraints, and post-silicon validation.
• Deep familiarity with SoC architecture, AXI or AHB bus protocols, and hardware-software interfaces.
• Ability to design products with end-to-end security integration and work across technical and commercial stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience launching and managing complex security IP products throughout their lifecycle.
• Knowledge of hardware security standards, certifications, SoC security architectures, tamper resistance, and power side-channel countermeasures.
• Experience with secure elements or smart card designs.
• Experience with GitLab CI and continuous integration and testing practices.
