hirify.global is hiring for its ERP & Automation team to deliver finance systems automation and process improvements.

What you will do

• Map Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Treasury, and Tax processes and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Configure and extend Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations finance modules, workflows, approval hierarchies, financial dimensions, and reporting configurations.
• Design, test, deploy, and operate Power Automate, Power Apps, and RPA automations for invoice processing, reconciliations, journal uploads, collections, and master data maintenance.
• Build and support integrations between D365 F&O and banking, tax, expense, procurement, CRM, and data warehouse systems using APIs and Azure services.
• Develop finance data pipelines, validation routines, reconciliation scripts, and Power BI dashboards using SQL and Python.
• Implement AI-assisted finance use cases with human review, confidence thresholds, audit trails, controls, production support, and user training.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in ERP-based finance systems, finance transformation, or business process automation.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, D365 Finance, or AX 2012 with migration exposure, including finance module configuration.
• Production delivery experience with 2–3 automation implementations that can be explained end to end.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power BI, and an RPA platform such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate Desktop.
• Strong SQL skills and working proficiency in Python, plus experience with REST/OData APIs, JSON/XML, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Data Factory, and file/SFTP interfaces.
• Practical exposure to OCR/IDP and LLM-based automation, including AI Builder, Azure AI, or equivalent tools; advanced Excel and Power Query skills.
