Senior Principal Product Manager

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product strategy and operational roadmaps for complex products and portfolios.
• Define value propositions, target customer segments, business cases, and product portfolio priorities.
• Translate market requirements and customer knowledge into product and marketing details.
• Build products from ideation through launch and manage the full solution portfolio lifecycle.
• Align engineering, supply chain, marketing, pricing, and go-to-market partners to optimize adoption, margins, and delivery.
• Use data-driven analysis to influence strategic decisions and mentor less-experienced team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a related field.
• Technical understanding of the relevant industry and ability to provide product-specific technical training.
• Ability to translate technical requirements and functions into customer business value.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, mentoring, business acumen, and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to engage with analysts and industry experts and lead complex, ambiguous initiatives.

Nice to have

• MBA or an advanced degree in computer science or engineering.
