What you will do

• Advise the CEO, leadership team, and Board on company performance and strategic direction.
• Co-develop and execute operational and financial strategy, translating long-term vision into measurable plans.
• Own and scale operations, finance, revenue, people, legal, and logistics functions.
• Build systems, processes, and infrastructure that support efficient and sustainable growth.
• Lead company-wide planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance measurement, and business assessments.
• Lead due diligence and commercial negotiations for fundraising, partnerships, and M&A activities.

Requirements

• Experience in a senior operational, financial, or general management role within a high-growth company.
• Track record of scaling businesses, ideally in a marketplace, e-commerce, or SaaS environment.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, including expertise in metrics, reporting, and modern data tools.
• Ability to drive top-line growth and operational efficiency while working cross-functionally with GTM, product, and operations teams.
• Hands-on, execution-focused approach with strong leadership, emotional intelligence, humility, and collaboration skills.
