What you will do

• Discover customer needs and underserved problems through direct research.
• Collaborate with the Head of Design, Product Managers, and Engineers to develop solutions from story maps through high-fidelity prototypes.
• Design user experiences and interactions for web and mobile products.
• Establish and maintain usability standards across the product experience.
• Deliver clean, well-documented, engineering-ready design files.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system.

Requirements

• Strong product and systems thinking with a focus on solving complex problems.
• Expertise in UI and interaction design, with a strong understanding of simplicity and usability.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile.
• Ability to validate assumptions, gather feedback from users and stakeholders, and refine designs based on findings.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and delivery of high-quality user experiences.
