Investor Program Manager (Gaming Investment): Designing gaming investment programmes and deal-making activations that connect international investors, publishers, funds, studios, and founders, with an accent on investor pipeline development, vetting, matchmaking, and high-touch event experiences. Focus on building gaming investment networks, curating reverse pitches and deal-flow sessions, tracking capital and meeting outcomes, and nurturing investor relationships across multiple events.
Location: Roshn Front, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; onsite role with remote working on Sundays and the option to work anywhere for one month each year

What you will do
- Design gaming investment programmes and deal-making formats that attract international investors, publishers, funds, and gaming studios.
- Build and manage the gaming investor pipeline, including VCs, publisher venture arms, sovereign funds, angel networks, and accelerator programmes.
- Develop investor activations such as reverse pitches, hosted buyer programmes, investor roundtables, and live deal-making showcases.
- Own investor vetting, matchmaking, delegate communications, logistics, and on-site facilitation.
- Support investor programming across other events, including outreach campaigns, LP introductions, deal-flow sessions, and investor relationship management.
- Track programme KPIs and outcomes, conduct post-event debriefs, and develop recommendations and new programme concepts.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in investor relations, investor programme management, or VC/LP engagement.
- Deep expertise in the gaming investment landscape, including gaming VCs, publisher venture arms, sovereign funds, angel networks, and accelerators.
- Experience designing high-touch investor experiences and managing senior investor relationships.
- Strong network in the gaming and technology investment community, particularly across Saudi Arabia and MENA, APAC, or Europe.
- Understanding of funding rounds, publishing deals, M&A transactions, and the investment chain from pre-seed accelerators to sovereign capital deployment.
- Strong written English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
Nice to have
- Sector knowledge in cybersecurity, fintech, or other technology verticals.
- Experience with investor management platforms, CRM tools, and event management systems.
