Investor Program Manager (Gaming Investment)

Location: Roshn Front, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; hybrid arrangement with remote working on Sundays and the option to work anywhere for one month each year. Relocation to Riyadh is supported through local or international relocation packages, if eligible.

What you will do

• Design gaming investment programmes and deal-making formats that attract international investors, publishers, and funds.
• Build and manage the gaming investor pipeline, including VCs, publisher venture arms, sovereign funds, angel networks, and accelerators.
• Develop investor activations such as reverse pitches, hosted buyer programmes, roundtables, LP introductions, and deal-flow sessions.
• Design and manage the end-to-end investor experience, including curated meetings, investor communications, matchmaking, and on-site facilitation.
• Support investor programmes across multiple events and maintain investor relationships throughout the year.
• Track programme KPIs, investment signals, meetings, investor feedback, and post-event outcomes.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in investor relations, investor programme management, or VC/LP engagement.
• Deep expertise in gaming investment, including funding rounds, publishing deals, M&A transactions, VCs, publisher venture arms, sovereign funds, angel networks, and accelerators.
• Strong existing network in the gaming and technology investment community, particularly across Saudi Arabia, MENA, APAC, or Europe.
• Experience curating high-touch investor experiences and managing senior investor relationships.
• Experience with investor management platforms, CRM tools, and event management systems.
• Strong written English is mandatory. Arabic is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Sector knowledge in cybersecurity, fintech, or other technology verticals.
• Arabic language skills.
