Fullstack Engineer (React)

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Salary: $135,000–$220,000 per year, plus potential restricted stock units, sign-on bonus, and other incentives.

What you will do

• Build responsive interfaces using React, Next.js, and modern web technologies.
• Own features end-to-end, including backend logic and data layers when needed.
• Collaborate with design and product to deliver customer-ready experiences.
• Engage with early users, incorporate feedback, and iterate quickly.
• Contribute through code reviews, shared ownership, and mentorship.
• Ship production-grade code while balancing quality and speed.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience building and shipping fullstack or frontend-heavy applications.
• Strong React, Next.js or similar framework, and frontend fundamentals.
• Experience implementing backend logic and persistence, ideally with Django or a similar framework.
• Familiarity with TypeScript and GraphQL, or willingness to develop these skills.
• Ability to take features independently from concept to production.
• Strong focus on customer problems, UX, usability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
