Senior Fullstack Engineer (React)

Location: Remote, USA

Salary: $175,000–$225,000 per year plus equity and stock options

What you will do

• Own large user-facing features from inception through completion.
• Build a world-class consumer experience for hirify.global.com.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and design to define product direction.
• Establish frontend engineering norms and standards.
• Expand backend systems, APIs, and data models for product initiatives.
• Optimize conversion and use experiments to support data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA for this remote role.
• Senior-level experience on an engineering team using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, or similar technologies.
• Experience with Python, Django, or similar backend technologies.
• Deep understanding of framework rendering behavior and page-load optimization.
• Experience using Core Web Vitals and similar metrics to improve website performance.
• Experience with component libraries, monorepos, headless CMS platforms, backend APIs, and data models.
