Fullstack Software Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco or Denver; in-person 5 days per week

Salary: $130,000–$170,000 annually, plus equity and benefits

hirify.global provides a technology-enabled 721 Exchange for residential landlords, allowing property owners to exchange rental properties for passive equity ownership in a professionally managed fund.

What you will do

• Design, ship, and iterate on platforms and tools supporting Flock’s Exchange and Fund across acquisition, operations, and investor experiences.
• Own features from MVP through production in collaboration with Design and Operations.
• Influence product and engineering priorities on a small, high-impact team.
• Build internal tools that improve Acquisitions, Operations, and Asset Management.
• Establish engineering processes, code standards, and scalable development practices.
• Develop AI infrastructure and tooling that enables non-engineering teams to build and automate workflows.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience building and delivering production-quality software systems.
• Fluency across the stack, including TypeScript, React, Node, GraphQL/Apollo, Go, Python, AWS, and Salesforce.
• Experience or strong interest in building with AI tools and agents.
• Ability to work independently, learn unfamiliar areas quickly, and manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Willingness to work in person 5 days per week in San Francisco or Denver.
