Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in New York City, 5 days per week; relocation support is available for candidates not already based in NYC.

Salary: $150,000–$300,000 per year plus equity.

hirify.global is an early-stage AI startup building agentic workflow automation for enterprise customers across healthcare, finance, legal, logistics, and other industries.

What you will do

• Own product features end-to-end, from customer requests and design through production delivery.
• Build frontend surfaces including a browser extension recorder, workflow editor, and execution analytics dashboard.
• Design and develop backend APIs and services powering workflow editing and execution.
• Collaborate with the CTO, product, design, and ML research partners to bring agentic AI features into production.
• Craft intuitive experiences for both technical and non-technical enterprise users.

Requirements

• Fluency in TypeScript, Python, and React, with confidence working across the full stack.
• Strong client-side engineering background and a high standard for UI/UX quality.
• Experience building and operating reliable, monitored, high-performance production systems.
• Experience with some or all of React, TypeScript, Python, Kubernetes, Temporal, Postgres, and DynamoDB.
• Experience building enterprise SaaS capabilities such as SCIM, RBAC, audit logging, and enterprise integrations.
• Willingness to work on-site five days per week in the NYC office.

Nice to have

• Experience at an early-stage startup with high ownership and execution in ambiguous environments.
• Expertise in browser extensions or session capture technology.
• Experience using modern AI coding tools.
