Facilities & Lab Technician (Robotics)

hirify.global develops robotics and AI systems that autonomously perform labor-intensive construction tasks, verification, and planning, initially for large-scale solar infrastructure.

What you will do

• Keep the hardware shop, floors, common areas, workstations, staging areas, and equipment zones clean, organized, and functional.
• Care for and properly stage robots, cameras, LiDAR units, tools, components, and other sensitive hardware.
• Organize and maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, including ordering basic replacement items.
• Maintain machine shop equipment and manage 3D printer queues, including stocking, calibration, and operation.
• Receive, ship, and coordinate warehouse deliveries and incoming or outgoing shipments.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors while maintaining safety around heavy equipment and active work areas.

Requirements

• High attention to detail, strong organization, reliability, and a proactive, self-directed approach.
• Comfort working hands-on in an industrial, hardware-heavy environment and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification through provided training.
• Ability to coordinate deliveries, vendors, contractors, and day-to-day logistics.
• Willingness to support the broader shop environment across a range of practical tasks.

• Background or interest in hardware, robotics, fabrication tools, or machines.
