Software Engineer (Flutter)

What you will do

• Extend and maintain the core Flutter mobile foundation, including shared components, design systems, state management, performance, and tooling.
• Build agentic AI infrastructure such as custom MCP servers, a background agent platform, evaluation systems, and feedback loops.
• Improve developer experience through CI/CD, release tooling, and faster feedback between coding and production.
• Ship user-facing product features alongside platform work for an app used by millions of students.
• Maintain reliability and help more than 25 engineers build safely on the shared foundation.

Requirements

• A few years of production experience building mobile or web applications.
• Daily experience with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar.
• Strong attention to design quality, including spacing, animation, component behaviour, and usability details.
• Clear communication in English is required.
• Interest in improving engineering systems and reducing developer friction.

Nice to have

• Experience building mobile applications with Flutter and Dart.
• Experience with Golang or a similar backend language.
• Projects involving agents, MCP, or evaluation systems.
