What you will do

• Implement new features in the mobile app using Dart and Flutter to meet high performance standards.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, QA, and designers to ship high-impact components.
• Optimize UI/UX and conversion rates through the implementation of high-leverage features.
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure feature quality in alignment with project requirements.
• Participate in agile retrospectives to improve team processes and development workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional programming experience, including at least 1 year in app development.
• Extensive experience with Flutter and building complex frontend logic.
• Strong expertise in UI development and creating maintainable, efficient code.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle non-standard challenges.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
• High autonomy and ownership, capable of implementing complex features with minimal oversight.

Nice to have

• Design awareness and ability to collaborate closely with design teams.
• Familiarity with gRPC and Go in a shop backend environment.
• Expertise in UI and animation development.
