What you will do

• Build and ship high-impact features and improvements for the AY App using Dart and Flutter.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, QA, and designers to deliver high-leverage components.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical debt to maintain codebase health.
• Develop internal tools aimed at enhancing overall team productivity.
• Contribute to team process improvements through regular agile retrospectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional programming experience.
• At least 1 year of experience specifically in app development.
• Extensive professional experience with Dart and Flutter.
• Strong expertise in UI development and building complex frontend logic.
• Ability to write well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Hamburg or Berlin, Germany

Nice to have

• Design awareness and experience collaborating closely with UI/UX designers.
• Familiarity with gRPC and Go within a shop backend environment.
• Advanced expertise in UI and animation development.
