Field Service Engineer (EU) (AI)

What you will do

• Provide technical support during customer engagements, system architecture reviews, and solution scoping.
• Plan, manage, and execute the installation and integration of multi-product counter-UAS systems in the field.
• Act as the primary technical interface for customers, handling diagnostics, troubleshooting, software upgrades, and maintenance.
• Validate new hardware and software releases and provide feedback to Engineering.
• Deliver operator and maintainer training for end users.
• Document field feedback, technical investigations, system processes, and product improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in a Field Service Engineering role providing direct customer technical support and managing projects with engineering teams.
• Experience with networking devices is essential.
• Proficiency with the Linux operating system is essential.
• Experience testing complex systems and conducting engineering investigations.
• Knowledge across multiple engineering fields and experience collaborating with technical stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• An engineering or similar quantitative university degree is highly regarded.

Nice to have

• Experience with telecommunications, radio frequency, and/or electronic warfare.
• Existing NATO Security Clearance.
