Technical Program Manager (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning)

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and deliver multi-quarter roadmaps for core AI innovation initiatives.
• Coordinate product release cycles and complex rollouts across hardware, software, operations, and quality assurance teams.
• Define structured technology maturity and risk criteria for evaluating and integrating emerging AI technologies.
• Identify and mitigate technical bottlenecks, dependencies, and deployment risks before handover to product engineering.
• Translate between AI researchers, data scientists, engineering teams, operations, and executive stakeholders.
• Track compute resource allocation, budget utilization, execution velocity, governance, and responsible AI compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs, preferably involving AI and zero-to-one initiatives.
• Conceptual and practical understanding of machine learning lifecycles and neural network architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud and edge computing, distributed training, GPU orchestration with Kubernetes, and model deployment frameworks.
• Experience analyzing operational workflows, building tracking dashboards, and conducting data-driven post-mortems.
• Mastery of Agile/Scrum and modern hybrid project management frameworks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a quantitative field.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or specialized AI project leadership certification.
