Program Director (Enterprise Fine-Tuning)

Location: United States. Full remote is available, with a hybrid model for candidates based in the Netherlands or Serbia.

What you will do

• Run client discovery, including stakeholder interviews, use-case prioritization, business-case development, and ROI analysis.
• Scope and deliver enterprise fine-tuning engagements end to end, including model hosting, SLAs, and security reviews.
• Manage active projects, including scope, timelines, risks, and senior client stakeholders.
• Navigate enterprise procurement, IT infrastructure, and client-side security processes.
• Translate between client product and engineering stakeholders and internal data and machine learning teams.
• Partner with sales and build repeatable processes and playbooks for scaling the practice.

Requirements

• Strong consulting experience with a record of hands-on client delivery.
• Working technical fluency in LLMs and fine-tuning; coding or ML engineering experience is not required.
• Product and process management skills, including the ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive them to completion.
• Experience working with large enterprises, procurement processes, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior client leadership.
• STEM background preferred.
