Senior PMO Lead (HR Transformation)

Location: Hybrid remote/office in Portugal or Romania; listed locations include Lisbon, Amadora, Porto, and Bucharest.

What you will do

• Establish and operate governance frameworks, standards, processes, and templates for the HR transformation portfolio.
• Manage program budgets, financial forecasts, resources, risks, and dependencies across related projects.
• Maintain master schedules, program charters, status reports, and consolidated documentation for leadership.
• Lead stakeholder communications, steering committees, and governance meetings to support decision-making.
• Monitor program performance against KPIs, timelines, budgets, and strategic objectives.
• Support change management and adoption of new HR processes and systems across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field.
• Extensive program management experience, including significant experience in PMO leadership.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex business transformation programs, preferably in HR or a corporate function.
• Strong project and program management, governance, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced analytical, reporting, critical-thinking, and forecasting skills.
• PMP and PRINCE2 Practitioner certifications are expected as relevant professional qualifications.
