Engineering Lead (AI)

Develops predictive personalization engines for eCommerce and hospitality that use machine learning to drive revenue.

What you will do

• Define product execution strategy with the CEO across multiple product and platform areas.
• Build and lead an engineering organization during a period of growth.
• Partner with product, engineering, and other cross-functional leaders to deliver technical programs and products from inception to delivery.
• Structure the organization, hire top-tier talent, and address team capability gaps.
• Manage, mentor, and develop senior engineers and existing team members.
• Define and analyze product success metrics and represent engineering work to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Master of Science degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of software industry experience, including systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management.
• Experience leading teams through complex technical programs or product delivery.
• Experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.
• Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
• Strong communication skills for senior leadership discussions and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Nice to have

• Bilingual proficiency in Hindi and English.
