What you will do

• Structure engineering workstreams to ensure efficient project delivery and velocity.
• Contribute to core system architecture discussions and technical implementation decisions.
• Build and scale a global engineering team through structured recruiting processes.
• Identify and resolve technical or organizational bottlenecks to maintain development speed.
• Translate high-level product strategy into actionable engineering roadmaps.
• Collaborate with research and product teams to ensure alignment across development efforts.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in software engineering and system architecture.
• Proven experience managing or leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Ability to maintain development velocity in fast-paced environments.
• Experience operating effectively in early-stage environments.
• Strong judgment in technical decision-making and implementation trade-offs.
• Must be based in or able to work from China.
