What you will do

• Lead partner strategy, identify growth opportunities, and launch go-to-market initiatives that drive adoption and expansion.
• Serve as the primary relationship owner and trusted advisor for fintech and payments partners.
• Align partner goals, resolve challenges, and advocate for partner needs across internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and customer success to deliver partner experiences.
• Track KPIs, analyze partnership impact, and support compliance and long-term performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or strategic alliances.
• Deep experience in payments or financial services.
• Proven success driving revenue and managing complex partnerships in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of digital payments ecosystems, financial technology trends, and regulatory dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and data analysis skills.
