Implementation Specialist (AI Search)

What you will do

• Lead onboarding implementations for enterprise customer accounts and configure account architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Develop scalable structures for business units, product lines, geographic markets, audience segments, and reporting dimensions.
• Implement keyword research, categorization, page groups, competitive research, customer personas, topics, and prompts for AI Search Performance tracking.
• Configure, validate, and troubleshoot Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics integrations, investigating data discrepancies and coordinating solutions.
• Manage customer communication, implementation plans, documentation, timelines, risks, and multiple concurrent projects.
• Use AI tools for research, analysis, documentation, quality assurance, problem-solving, and process improvement while reviewing outputs for accuracy.

Requirements

• English and German proficiency at C1 or higher, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 2 years of relevant implementation experience.
• Experience communicating directly with customers about account configuration and implementation.
• Strong project management, organization, analytical thinking, and data-quality skills.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Experience using AI tools and strong knowledge of the hirify.global platform, or the ability to quickly develop advanced platform expertise.
