IQC Technician

What you will do

• Perform daily incoming materials and new product introduction inspections and verification.
• Follow IQA procedures, work instructions, inspection criteria, and critical points defined by the IQA engineer.
• Interpret and analyze GR&R and SPC data, and assess measurement uncertainty in the calibration laboratory.
• Administer and maintain material specifications.
• Use IQA Apex and Agile for inspection records, product traceability, and NCMR management.
• Manage the material MRB area and supplier RMA processes, while maintaining inspection equipment, electrical systems, and ESD grounding.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in IQA technical work, quality, calibration, or a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in GD&T and the ability to read basic mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with other departments.
• Experience with basic measurement tools, CMM, Smart Scope, OGP, and quality systems equivalent to ISO/IEC 17025 is recommended.
