What you will do

• Support analytical services engineers and supervise operators during material analysis using SEM/EDX, Raman, and FTIR techniques.
• Perform instrument maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and sample preparation.
• Analyze analytical data, prepare technical reports, and implement quality assurance procedures.
• Train laboratory operators on procedures, safety standards, and equipment use.
• Develop training documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Manage laboratory inventory, equipment logs, consumables, and cross-functional laboratory initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Science, Materials Science, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in a scientific, laboratory, or analytical environment; new graduates are welcome.
• Proficiency in operating analytical instrumentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and work independently or collaboratively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with SEM/EDX, FTIR, or Raman spectroscopy.
• Laboratory safety certification or training.
• Supervisory or mentoring experience.
