Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for hirify.global’s 3D AIGC product, covering information architecture, user flows, interfaces, and visual details.
• Drive design requirements independently from discovery and design through launch with a user-centered approach.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams.
• Continuously improve product experience, quality, and design consistency.
• Establish and maintain design systems and guidelines to improve cross-team collaboration and design output.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, Human–Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant design experience.
• Strong visual aesthetics, logical thinking, and pixel-level attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of web product characteristics, design principles, and multi-platform design.
• Excellent learning, self-motivation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in written English for daily communication.

Nice to have

• Experience designing SaaS, 3D, or AIGC products.
• Familiarity with front-end development and 3D art or workflows.
• In-depth understanding of the AIGC industry, including mainstream models, product ecosystems, and application scenarios.
