Product Designer (AI)

hirify.global is building an AI-powered healthcare platform that enables and supports family caregivers while helping health plans and government partners improve care delivery at home.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product design lifecycle, from problem framing and user research through interaction design, high-fidelity UI, launch, and iteration.
• Build durable design systems and information architecture for complex, multi-step workflows across roles and product surfaces.
• Design coherent web and mobile experiences for family caregivers, clinicians, and operators.
• Partner with product, engineering, operations, clinical, and compliance teams to address technical, regulatory, and operational constraints.
• Design and launch human-in-the-loop, AI-assisted workflows with clear guardrails, transparency, and user trust.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional product design experience.
• Strong experience designing systems, workflows, and information architecture.
• Experience with multi-role, permissioned products.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile.
• Ability to own user research, synthesis, design, and iteration.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or another regulated, high-stakes industry.
• Experience working at startups or on small, fast-moving teams.
