TL;DR
Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI): Building scalable conversational AI and video products across React interfaces, APIs, data models, backend services, and AWS infrastructure with an accent on end-to-end ownership, product thinking, and reliable systems. Focus on designing scalable architectures, solving performance, reliability, and security challenges, and shipping production software continuously through CI/CD.
Location: Remote with GMT +/-3 hours overlap

What you will do
- Own product features from conception through deployment across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Design and build scalable APIs, data models, and backend services.
- Build polished, performant user interfaces with React.
- Collaborate with product and design on user-focused decisions.
- Set technical standards, contribute to architecture decisions, and participate in code reviews.
- Proactively resolve performance, reliability, and security issues while maintaining quality through testing and observability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong fullstack ownership.
- Proficiency across modern frontend and backend technologies, including React and Node.js/TypeScript.
- Experience shipping production-quality software in fast-moving post-Series A environments.
- Strong product instincts and the ability to make decisive technical choices in ambiguous situations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly.
- Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
Nice to have
- Experience working with AI or LLM-powered products.
- Background in B2B SaaS or conversational and voice interfaces.
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth startups.
