What you will do
- Build robust backend services and APIs for model inference, including batching and optimization for large datasets.
- Design responsive frontends for model interaction, monitoring, and configuration using React, Vue, or Angular.
- Implement state management and session persistence to maintain model context and consistent user experiences.
- Design event-driven architectures with pub/sub messaging and distributed task queues for asynchronous processing.
- Develop database connectivity layers and integrations with Snowflake, Databricks, and other data sources.
- Improve reliability through error handling, retry mechanisms, monitoring, and collaboration with MLOps and DevOps teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack engineering roles.
- Strong Python experience, particularly with FastAPI and the ASGI ecosystem.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular and backend systems.
- Proficiency in event-driven architectures, pub/sub messaging, and distributed task queues such as Celery.
- Experience with REST, gRPC, asynchronous batching, production model serving, and large-scale inference workflows.
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud data platforms, state management, session persistence, and maintainable frontend development.
