Intelligent Services Account Engineer (HVAC & Data Analytics)

Location: Maitland, Florida, United States; onsite Monday through Thursday, with a flexible work location on Fridays. Travel to customer job sites is required.

Annual base salary: $77,963.33–$109,340.00. Incentive eligible; not eligible for sales commission.

What you will do

• Analyze building and energy data to identify meaningful outcomes and prepare consultative documentation for customers.
• Lead quarterly or semiannual Technical Strategy Review meetings for Connected Service Agreement customers.
• Apply energy conservation measures to optimize building operations and support sustainability projects.
• Fulfill Digital Services contract obligations within safety and efficiency standards.
• Gather and validate facility information through walkthroughs, construction plan reviews, and related activities.
• Coordinate with account managers, field technicians, and project administrators on customer projects, scheduling, and service sales support.

Requirements

• Strong background in HVAC systems, controls, building automation, and data analytics.
• Familiarity with energy management systems, building automation systems, HVAC systems, and temperature controls.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, manipulating, and presenting technical data clearly and accurately.
• Ability to communicate effectively, build client relationships, solve problems independently, and collaborate across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, or equivalent education and experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations.
