Commercial Contracts Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid work, onsite Monday to Thursday in the Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo offices, Brazil

What you will do

• Review, draft, and negotiate customer, partnership, SaaS, NDA, and MSA agreements in Portuguese and Spanish.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including intake, redlining, approvals, execution, and contract management tools.
• Develop online sign-through contract structures and contractual frameworks for Artificial Intelligence, Retail Media, and SaaS solutions.
• Support strategic cross-border projects across LATAM, North America, EMEA, and APAC.
• Partner with Sales, Alliances, Finance, Privacy, Information Security, Compliance, and Tech teams on commercial agreements.
• Optimize and train local teams on the contract lifecycle management system and related tools.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney with a commercial, contractual, and/or e-commerce background.
• 3–8 years of legal experience at a leading law firm or in-house at a major multinational corporation.
• Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills in Portuguese.
• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency required.
• Available to work onsite Monday to Thursday in Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent-working skills in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working in technology companies.
• Experience implementing or managing contract management systems.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
