Senior Implementation Specialist

What you will do

• Lead client implementations of Performance, Analytics, and Risk Solutions as part of an implementation project team.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable, supportable workflows and solutions.
• Advise data integration teams on extracting, transforming, and loading client and third-party data into hirify.global.
• Coordinate with project management, Product Development, Engineering, clients, and internal stakeholders to track progress, manage scope, identify risks, and incorporate feedback.
• Validate and document delivered solutions, provide user training, and facilitate the transition from implementation to support.
• Identify additional opportunities by understanding client organizational structures and needs during implementation.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience working with performance and risk analytics.
• Strong technical background and a detailed, analytical approach with the ability to see the broader context.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with senior stakeholders and sophisticated investment professionals.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues across global offices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and responsibilities.
• Knowledge of investment principles and their application in the financial industry.

Nice to have

• CIPM, CFA, or FRM certification, or an interest in pursuing one.
