Senior Product Manager - Growth & Engagement (AI)

Location: New York City or US Remote; NYC-based employees work from the office Monday through Thursday.

What you will do

• Own non-trading growth and engagement products, including referrals, notifications, and price alerts, from idea through launch.
• Design and ship embedded AI features such as portfolio summaries and benchmarking.
• Analyze customers, competitors, and market trends to identify growth and engagement opportunities.
• Shape the product roadmap while balancing velocity, quality, and long-term customer impact.
• Build and test go-to-market hypotheses covering target audiences, KPIs, positioning, and differentiation.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of product management experience focused on growth, retention, and engagement in digital consumer products.
• Experience shipping high-quality consumer applications with strong UX/UI judgment.
• Hands-on use of AI and interest in designing AI-native product experiences.
• Working knowledge of the stock market, including dividends, earnings, and economic events that affect prices.
• Clear written and verbal communication with engineers, compliance, risk, operations, and go-to-market teams.
