Staff Product Manager, AI Assistant

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, with office attendance required 1–3 times per week. Candidates must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available. What you will do

• Build engagement systems covering ranking, timing, and behavioral triggers.
• Own in-product and email surfaces that guide users to their next step.
• Develop returning-user habits without making the product feel noisy or intrusive.
• Ship quickly, evaluate real usage, and iterate on product experiences.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of product management experience, including senior- or staff-level ownership of engagement, growth, or lifecycle products.
• Experience applying ML to ranking or personalization.
• Ability to use qualitative user insights to guide experimentation.
• Ability to balance long-term growth, user needs, and brand trust.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco office 1–3 times per week.
