Lifestyle Nurse Practitioner - multi-state license inc. CA & TX (25+ hours or Full Time)

Location: 100% remote within the United States; active multi-state NP/PA licenses including CA, TX, and/or PA required

Compensation: $60–$85 per hour or equivalent annual compensation

What you will do

• Deliver telehealth care to adults aged 65 and older in weight management, prevention, chronic disease management, and lifestyle medicine.
• Apply lifestyle interventions involving nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management.
• Develop personalized care plans in partnership with care coordinators, health coaches, and other clinicians.
• Document patient information and communicate with other healthcare providers through the EMR.
• Provide feedback on clinical protocols, documentation standards, and scalable workflows.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted NP/PA licenses in multiple states, including CA, TX, and/or PA.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience.
• At least 2 years of telehealth experience with strong proficiency in EMRs and communication tools.
• Experience in preventive and lifestyle-focused care, including weight management, hypertension, and diabetes.
• Experience with GLP-1 medications.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, independence, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
