TL;DR
Fullstack Software Engineer (AI-Native) (TypeScript/Vue/Python/AI): Building and shipping end-to-end CRM features for wholesale distributors across frontend, backend, data, infrastructure, and ERP integrations with an accent on AI-native development and scalable systems. Focus on guiding coding agents, designing reliable schemas and APIs, integrating complex ERP data, and delivering production features directly to customers.
Location: Remote in Europe; occasional travel to customer sites a few times per year.
Salary: $80,000–$100,000 annual base salary, depending on experience, plus equity and benefits.

is building an AI operating system for wholesale distribution, combining CRM, PIM, eCommerce AI, and Order & Quote Entry AI on a unified data and AI platform.
What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery of CRM features from ticket refinement through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Use Claude Code and similar agentic development tools to scope, build, review, test, and ship production-quality software.
- Work across TypeScript/Vue, Python, SQL, data modeling, infrastructure, and integrations.
- Design scalable schemas, queries, and APIs with attention to performance, reliability, and correctness.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in a squad model with two-week sprints, refinements, retrospectives, and code reviews.
- Support customer onboarding, troubleshoot integrations, and visit distributor sites occasionally to understand real-world workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with demonstrable fullstack delivery in production systems.
- Strong software fundamentals, including debugging, query-plan analysis, race-condition reasoning, and evaluation of AI-generated code.
- Daily hands-on experience with agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor agent mode, Codex, or equivalent.
- Comfort working across Vue, Python, SQL, infrastructure, databases, distributed systems, and integrations.
- Strong communication, ownership, judgment, and ability to explain technical decisions to PMs, designers, and customers.
- Pragmatic startup mindset with comfort working quickly and independently in ambiguous environments.
Nice to have
- Experience integrating distribution ERPs such as Epicor Eclipse or P21.
- Experience with agentic products, MCP servers, tool-using agents, agent frameworks, evaluations, or system-level prompt and context engineering.
- Previous experience at an early-stage SaaS startup.
